Send in a picture of your ugliest scarf to hearandnow@girlscoutshcc.org by January 20, 2010, and the H&N staff will decide who we think has the worst scarf ever. The winner gets the book that was featured in the Hear&Now magazine, “99 Ways to Cut, Sew, Tie & Rock Your Scarf” to fix that mess you’ve been hiding in the back of your closet.
