A mom from troop 1352 wrote in and said, “We are very grateful to be in a Girl Scout troop and have an awesome troop leader. As a Girl Scout mom I have learned different ways for the girls to use their cookie credits. For example, in 2008 the troop earned enough credits to renew our season passes to Monterey Bay Aquarium. Before we renewed our season passes we got to go scuba diving in 38-degree water! We didn’t dive in the ocean with all the sharks and animals, we were able to dive in the ocean tide pool. This is a moment we will never forget. Also, we got to go behind the scenes to feed the fish, stingrays, etc., and learned a little about each animal like where they came from and how old they are.”
